Today I'm getting back into programming. It's been quite some time since I've done much more than debug someone elses program, so I feel like I'm having to relearn. But I realized today that the next generation of consoles is right around the corner and I don't want to be left behind as one of those people who just couldn't make it. The idea that I could be left behind has sort of invigorated me and made me want to work at it again. I'm also starting this blog as a way for me to keep myself accountable for something and to make it so some of my friends can also keep me more accountable.
I'm going to spend most of today diving back into the project and relearning what each part of the code does and how it relates to all the other parts of the code. Hopefully by the end of the day I'll be able to really start adding to the game again and get things moving in the right direction.
